Tiny Kitchen, Big Teamwork

β€œIndividually, we are one drop. Together, we are an ocean.”
β€” Ryunosuke Satoro

Working in Nino’s tiny open kitchen is kind of like living in a New York apartment with five roommatesβ€”and one oven. We move fast, stay close, and somehow don’t bump into each other (much). It’s a dance. A delicious, dough-flinging dance.

Space is tight, so we work thin. That means setting up our stations with care, moving efficiently, and announcing everything: β€œHot tray coming through!” β€œSharp knife!” β€œGoing around!” It might sound like an airport, but it keeps us safe, smooth, and (mostly) collision-free.

And then there’s the kindness. If someone’s getting water, they ask who else wants some. Making coffee? Same thing. Need a hand? Just shout. No one works alone at Nino’s.

Customers often watch us while they waitβ€” stretching dough, cutting pies, prepping vegetables, shredding cheese, dodging the long arm of the pizza peel. What they’re really seeing is teamwork in action. It's loud, a little chaotic, and often playful.

Come for the pizza.

Stay for the show.
