Meet Sage!
Sage joined the Nino’s team this past winter, thanks to a recommendation from friends, and we’re so glad she did. She’s become our secret Saturday weapon. Each Saturday morning, she arrives early to set up the front, handcraft our knots, stretch Sicilian crusts for baking, and then dives into the prep list with focus.
Sage is an exceptional team member. She’s an attentive listener with a strong work ethic. She tackles every task with care and precision, always asking thoughtful questions when something’s unclear or needs a second look. Her keen observational skills and sharp mind are a huge asset to the team.
So it’s no surprise that outside of Nino’s, Sage is also a barrel racer. It takes a quick mind, confident communication, and serious skill to guide a 1,000-pound horse through a tight, timed course—and she does it with grace and grit.
We’re incredibly proud to share that Sage landed a full-time summer internship with the Expanded Learning Program, where she’ll be working directly with children—a perfect step toward her long-term goals and dreams.

Monday - Friday: 11:00am - 8:00pm
Saturdays 1:00pm - 8:00pm
Closed Sundays except by appointment for special orders.
