Meet Jordan: Steady Hands, Sharp Insight, Hardcore Taste
Jordan joined the Nino’s team in February, and quickly became an essential part of our crew. Most often, you’ll see him at the pizza station, confidently tossing pies — but he’s also part of our leadership team, helping guide the shop forward.
With several years of experience in the pizza industry, Jordan brings sharp insight and practical knowledge. He played a key role in helping Carolyn finally crack the code for our gluten-free pizza crusts — a big win for our customers.
When he’s not tossing pies, Jordan likes to fish, and you wouldn’t know it by looking at him, but Jordan is a fan of hardcore metal — his taste runs from Brazilian thrash to Norwegian black metal. There is a sign in the shop that says:
“I get tattoos and know things.”
That’s Jordan.
The next time you stop in, say “Hi!” You’ll probably spot him up front tossing pizza with quiet precision.

Saturdays 1:00pm - 8:00pm Large orders before 1pm can be made by phone in advance.
Closed Sundays except by appointment for special orders.
