“I Got a New Job… Delivering Pizzas. Who Likes Livers on Their Pizzas Anyway?”
Love that smile.
Dad jokes aside, check out Josh. We noticed Josh on an MUHS Instagram post. He was featured with a loaf of French bread he baked. Bread makers make good pizza makers, because they understand how to make and handle dough.
So, we threw out a line, asking Josh if he’d like to learn to make pizza. And we lucked out! He contacted us right away. Now he’s is a trusted key holder and shift leader at Nino’s.
Josh has formal training in food service, including managerial credentials in food safety. You can find him at the Glass Onion Restaurant on school days, and Nino’s in the evenings and on Saturdays making pizza or at the counter.
He enjoys watching and playing sports, most notably basketball and soccer. Creating new dishes in the kitchen is his thing. He recently built a pizza that tastes like a crispy chicken sandwich that he calls Double J’s Boom Boom.
Josh demonstrates a professional respect of the equipment & the space.
He runs a tidy kitchen and takes pride in his work. He takes feed back seriously and makes it a point to improve himself and learn new things. He is attentive with customers and gives great customer service.
It will be fun tapping into your creativity developing summer specials.
Josh, please know we enjoy and appreciate you.
